Human Factor Beta XIIa Purified from Innovative Research has been activated from Human Factor XII with Dextran Sulfate, then purified to remove the activator. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 4 mM sodium acetate-HCl/ 0.15 M NaCl/ pH 5.3, with a concentration of 1mg/ml. Complete activation was observed by SDS-PAGE analysis.
