Canine IgG Affinity Purified from Innovative Research has been purified using Protein A affinity chromatography. This is a frozen liquid buffered in 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate/ 0.15 M NaCl (PBS)/pH 7.4, with a concentration of 10mg/ml and a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis.

Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is an antibody that plays a role in controlling infection, neutralizing toxins, activating the classical pathway of the complement system, and more. Each individual IgG contains two identical antigen binding sites. There are four subclasses of IgG (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4) that have different (and sometimes opposing) properties.
