Mouse IgG Ammonium Sulfate Purified from Innovative Research has been purified from pooled non-swiss albino mouse serum. This is buffered in 0.01M phosphate buffer with 0.015M NaCl, pH 7.2, with a purity of greater than 98% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis.
Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is an antibody that plays a role in controlling infection, neutralizing toxins, activating the classical pathway of the complement system, and more. Each individual IgG contains two identical antigen binding sites. There are four subclasses of IgG (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4) that have different (and sometimes opposing) properties.
